She also played the role as a child artist in Kutumb.she Fall in love with his co-partner of serial Ye rishta kya khelta hai Named Rohan Mehra.
In this serial they played role of brother and sister.She has won best youth Icon female award.

She worked with shivangi joshi who is in the lead role of Ye rishta kya khelta hai.

Baby Doll Singer Kanika kapoor tested positive for COVID-19 BOLLYWOOD Singer kanika kapoor tested positive for Corona virus. She is the first bollywood celebrity to have tested positive for COVID-19. According to her she made a statement that  for the past 4 days I have and sign of flu I got myself tested and came positive for  COVID-19". She has been to London for few days.
